How can I get eye make-up completely off at night?
Whenever I where eye make-up I can never get it all off (especially eyeliner and mascara). The make-up as seeps into my skin and even if it seems as I have most of it out, I wake in the morning wipe it under my eyes. I have tried baby oil before, but it gave me tiny pimple under my eyes like Vaseline. Also, I do not like pulling at my eyelashes and lower eye area, because I do not want wrinkles. How can I gently lift her eyes Make-up, so that will not damage my skin.
Here is what I do and it takes away everything, no problem! Use Pond's cream for make-up remover. You can use All Over her face. Also on your eyelashes. Washing. Then take a Q-Tip and dip it in a little liquid make-up remover to take, and Your eyeliner. (This works for any placement of your eyeliner) This should remove everything!
